The service

CutSubject removes the background from images and animated GIFs. It is free, with no account and no watermark. On a computer the work happens in your browser; on a phone it happens on our server.

Acceptable use

Do not use CutSubject for anything illegal, including content that is unlawful where you live or where we operate.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload. You are responsible for having the right to process them and for what you do with the results.

Your results

The results belong to you. We claim no rights over them.

Availability

CutSubject is a free service. We do not guarantee that it is available at any given time or that it works for every image.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Pattern Hub LLC is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using CutSubject.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
